In 2018, I had left a 20-year career in hospitality to travel with my newly retired Air Force Husband. I was about to turn 40 and felt that age would start limiting my activities if I didn’t take action soon. During our travels, I studied everything I could about longevity and how to have a ling and active life. Fitness and nutrition became my focus and sharing that knowledge has now become my second career. I started my fitness career in 2020 by getting certified in Group Fitness and Barre with ACE. Shortly after, I discovered Pilates and fell in LOVE! I found Pilates to be the perfect exercise for longevity and dove head first into learning everything that I could. I have been teaching Pilates since January of 2021 and take great pride in sharing all that I have learned. I strive to help my clients improve their fitness for longevity by gaining strength and increasing flexibility and movement just as I have.
